ADAPTATION OF VOCATIONAL AND TECHNICAL EDUCATION TO LABOR MARKET REQUIREMENTS – REVIEW OF PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS IN THE AVIONICS SECTOR

Sorin Eugen Zaharia, the director of the UNESCO department “Engineering for Society” at the National University of Science and Technology POLITEHNICA Bucharest, had the pleasure of presenting the results of the Erasmus+ AVIONIC project at the Seminar on Developing New Qualifications in the Aeronautics Field, organized under the “National VET Team” project. The dialogue with representatives from technical high schools, the National Center for Technical and Vocational Education and Training Development (CNDIPT), the National Agency for Community Programs in the Field of Education and Vocational Training (ANPCDEFP), and industry companies was a key moment for the sustainability of the AVIONIC project.
